Morgan Fennell, President of the Appraisers Group, manages all legal services. His appraisal experience includes the valuation of all types of commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, developable land, residential subdivisions, mixed-use property, residential and commercial redevelopments. He has provided expert testimony for estate and tax matters, ad valorem tax issues, family law, and cases involving the diminution of property value.

Lisa has managed the commercial valuation department for The Appraisers Group since 1996. She is responsible for communicating with a variety of lending institutions throughout all aspects of the appraisal process and coordinating the commercial staff in completing a large volume of appraisal reports. She also prepares and reviews commercial appraisals for a variety of property types including industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, and residential developments, as well as special use properties such as car washes.

She is the 2025 president of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA).

Marcus has worked as a commercial appraiser since 1997. His appraisal experience includes the valuation of all types of commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, developable land, residential subdivisions, mixed-use property, net leased assets, residential and commercial redevelopments, and special use properties such as churches and schools.

He has extensive experience appraising potential development sites, developable and undevelopable land and complex subdivisions and condominium developments..

He is a former president of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA) and a guest lecturer at Babson College.

In 2023, Richard Goulet sold The Appraisers Group to his three Partners: Morgan Fennell, Lisa Toback and Marcus Johnson. Richard Goulet continues to provide consulting services to the company.

Richard Goulet founded the Appraisers Group in 1983. He has been involved in real estate since 1974 and real estate appraising since 1980. His appraisal experience includes the valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He provided expert testimony for estate and tax matters, ad valorem tax issues, family law, and cases involving the diminution of property value.
